Third Party Payment Agreement (Organisation Registration)

The situation where a party (eZeventing in this case) takes a payment that is subsequently transferred to a third party who provides the service (the event provider) is referred to by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) as a "Third Party Payment". Under Australian law, unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the party taking a payment (eZeventing) is responsible for reimbursement in situations where a refund is required even after the funds have be transferred to the event provider. With eZeventing the event organiser takes full responsibility and discretion for refunds and so eZeventing requires a copy of its "Third Party Payment Agreement" document, signed by a duely authorised representive the organisation, before any payments can be processed.

Refund Policy

eZeventing does not provide refunds for any event, and is in no way liable for refunds. Should you require a refund, please contact the event organizers directly. Any refunded amount will be exclusive of the eZeventing booking/processing fee.
